Nigerian Dwarf buck; born April 21st, 2024
I was going to keep him, because someone wanted to have me stud him to her goats. But that has changed, so now he’s for sale. I wethered him in September, no one wanted him for a buck. The people I got him from tried to burn his horns off unsuccessfully. So I’m willing to part with him for $125
You can use them as a companion animal, a Pet Organic Composting Machine; or you can take it to the market for your specific choice in cuts of meat. Wethers are less valuable or less expensive because of two reasons. They have been castrated, and can no longer breed.
I might keep him, for my new property; if I need to separate any does or the Buck… as a companion animal. The herd seems to like him and they took to him right away. If I part with him, I would like $125 for him.
